QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Tech III Level – Minimum of 5-7 years of maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, welding, pneumatics, and general maintenance) required.
• Mechanical experience in a food manufacturing plant preferred.
• Ability to become familiar with any applicable OSHAregulations (e.g. hazard communications, lockout/tagout) and apply this knowledge to daily duties required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintains plant and plant equipment including but not limited to mixers, production belts, slicers, pallet jacks, pneumatic pumps, dish washers, and ovens.
• Actively participates in Continuous Improvement projects and processes.
• Communicates with vendors to ensure availability and prices of replacement parts and/or services.
• Performs emergency and routine repairs as needed.
• Participates in the GFSI/FSSC22000 yearly audit and assists in the development of procedures and corrective actions.
• Adheres to the plant’s Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) plans. • Follows all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Must be able to communicate with others to ensure proper production flow to avoid line downtime or disruptions.
• Must communicate with appropriate personnel to maintain plant to the best of our ability. • Must perform job tasks in a safe and professional manner.

• Must be available for flexibility of scheduling.
