Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of assigned projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout.
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
- Implement effective quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet specifications.
- Resolve project issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to maintain long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Expertise in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera).
